For the second in our three-part series of Cidermakers Dinners, we will be featuring a five-course meal with pairings from Alpenfire. Chef Matthew Woolen’s amouse bouche will begin the evening with a cider cocktail, while each of the next five courses will be crafted using a different Alpenfire Cider as inspiration.

Because Capitol Cider believes in the artistry and craftsmanship inherent in both the food and spirits we provide, we give the Alpenfire cider makers a guest of honor position at the head of the table where they can discuss the impeccably blended and layered flavors of their favorite batches.
