At Capitol Cider we put a lot of pride and effort behind supporting some of the best heritage cider companies in the country, and here’s your chance to experience the bounty of Washington ciders (and a friend from British Columbia.) We will be offering a coursed tasting dinner available a la carte or prix fixe. Special menu items will be paired with selections from Alpenfire, Dragon’s Head, Liberty Ciderworks, Sea Cider Co., and Westcott Bay. Come and experience a multitude of flavors in only the way cider can convey.



1st course – $13 ($13 a la carte alone;  $21 with pairing)
