Capitol Cider introduces a farm-to-table meal paired with cider while honoring female chefs in the Seattle industry! Dine with 6 local lady chefs as their plates are paired with Alpenfire Cider.

A 6-course farm-to-table dinner that puts women (chefs, cider makers, producers) in the forefront. The lineup features:
