We recently spoke to Cathy Ferrante, bar manager of the great Capitol Cider in Seattle. We found out all about what she believes makes a great bar and her previous experience that got her to where she is today!
What is your favourite cocktail from your menu and why?
Sidestepper (Liberty Crabapple Cider, Gran Classico Bitter, Cocchi di Torino, Dill). I like playing with names almost as much as the drink itself. It’s a really fun and savoury drink and something a little different, featuring an amazing, local(ish), handmade dessert cider.
